David J. Ferry, Jr., Esq. to Present at the Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium

On September 26 and 27, 2017, David J. Ferry, Jr., Esq. of Ferry Joseph, P.A. will participate in a panel entitled, the Court of Chancery: At the Human Level, at the Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium commemorating the 50^th anniversary of the 1967 general revision of the Delaware General Corporation Law, the 225^th anniversary of the establishment of the Delaware Court of Chancery and the 25^th anniversary of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.  The Symposium will be sponsored by the Delaware Secretary of State; Widener University Delaware Law School; the Delaware State Bar Association, Corporate Law Section; the Historical Society of the Court of Chancery; the University of Delaware, John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance; and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Institute for Law and Economics.  The Symposium will be held at the Hotel duPont in Wilmington, Delaware.
