David J. Ferry, Jr. was born in Philadelphia, PA and is a founding director of the firm.  Mr. Ferry is regularly named a “Top Lawyer” in Delaware Today Magazine, most recently in 2025. He has also been recognized as a “Delaware Super Lawyer” in the area of Estate and Trust Litigation in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine, and served as the President of the Delaware State Bar Association from July 2018 through June 2019.
