David J. Ferry, Jr., managing director at Ferry Joseph, P.A., has been elected as the President Elect for the Delaware State Bar Association for the 2017 – 2018 term.  Mr. Ferry will assume his duties as President of the Delaware State Bar Association for the 2018 – 2019 term commencing July 1, 2018.

Joseph was recently recognized by the Judges of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court for his 30 years of service as the standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Delaware.  Mr. Joseph was appointed as the Chapter 13 Trustee on May 1, 1987.
