Timothy S. Ferry was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. He attended Salesianum School, graduating in 2001. Tim received a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware in 2006. After a brief stint delivering letters for the firm in high school, Tim joined full-time in 2006 as a Legal Assistant as he made his way through law school. Upon graduation from Widener University Delaware Law School, he was admitted to the Delaware Bar on December 12, 2012. Tim has been recognized as one of Delaware’s Top Lawyers in 2024 and 2025 for estates, trusts and probate matters.
